Kristie took over the running of the business in 2001 from her father Bryan Court, the founder of Fasit. Since then Kristie has successfully re-positioned the business away from the provision of CCTV systems for retailers to the supply of retail product protection solutions. Kristie also heads up all supplier and customer relationships.

Terry Bendall - CTO

Terry has been with the business for 17 years and has two primary roles: heading up the logistics side of the business, ensuring that the Company delivers on its promises to our customers, and taking the lead on the customisation of solutions for specific shrink issues. With a degree in Industrial product design from Birmingham University and the understanding of customer shrink issues through 17 years in the industry, Terry is now designing a range of innovative own label product protection solutions. The Safer Shell® is Terry's first product, which has already been rolled out across some health and beauty ranges for Morrisons. More will follow.
