Andrew Cordell is an independent Managing Agent with over fifteen years' experience managing residential buildings in Fulham.
As an independent agent Andrew offers a personal touch that is missing from large corporate agents. As he is locally based he personally visits the property daily and therefore is aware of the day to day needs of the residents.
Andrew has been the managing agent of the building since 2002 and has been intimately involved with all the major refurbishments that have taken place. These include the complete renewal of the roof covering, the refurbishment of the front elevation and now the rear elevation and installation of the mains water supply. Andrew has acted as the Board's representative in close contact with the appointed surveyor and building contractors.
Andrew provides feedback and information to the Board of Directors and is directly responsible to the Board for carrying out their policies.
Of the 105 flats, 12 still belong to Freshwater Property Management. A further 4 leaseholders did not participate in the buy-out. Of the remaining flats, 65 are owned by absentee shareholders including the 12 Freshwater flats, but this distribution does vary from year to year.
