has over 20 years recruitment experience working with companies in a variety of capacities. She founded 2M Search in 2005 and since then the firm has conducted a wide variety of search assignments in the Life Science and Healthcare Sectors. The continued growth and success of 2M Search can be directly attributed to her practice of conducting highly focused, multiple assignments for a select number of clients within each industry where Megan serves as an extension to their own management team. Moreover, Megan has recruited executives for a number of functional areas including General Management, Clinical Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Sales and Commercial Operations. Prior to founding 2M Search, Megan was Sr. Consultant with Doublestar Inc, a leading recruitment & staffing firm in the Mid-Atlantic area. Previous to Doublestar, she spent five years as a Managing Director at Lee Calhoon & Company, a retained search firm that specialized in the managed care and the insurance industries. Megan's clients range from venture capital backed entrepreneurial start-ups, to Fortune 50 companies. Corporate clients over the years have included Merck Research Labs, Market Members, Johnson and Johnson, Siemens, GlaxoSmithKline, Adolor Corporation, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Novo Nordisk, CSL Behring, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Universal Health Services. Megan earned her B.B.A from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
