Founded in 2009, Affinity Family Support Services, PC was created to help children, teens, adults and their families to help overcome traumatic and life-changing difficulties they are experiencing. In 2019, Affinity transformed our image and introduced a new brand to better tell our story. While honoring the original heart logo, and the loving environment we at Affinity feel is the key to the success of our patients, the blend of multiple colors is meant to represent and expand our image to include the vast cultural differences, environment, personal stories and life experiences our patients come to us with...
