Gregory Perlman is the Founder and CEO of GHC Housing Partners, one of the country's largest owners of affordable housing with more than 18,000 units in 24 states. With his affiliated management company, PK Management, LLC, the GHC platform has more than 500 full-time employees and serves more than 30,000 lower-income residents.

Jodi Perlman, together with her husband Greg, is a co-founder of the ALL WAYS UP Foundation. In addition to her work with ALL WAYS UP, she is an active member of her community. Jodi is a member of the Board of Trustees of de Toledo High School, a Jewish day school in the San Fernando Valley. She has served on the Board's Executive Committee and together with Greg, chaired the School's successful capital campaign. Jodi is the owner of Soto & Soto Lifestyle, six Southern California lifestyle boutiques carrying on-trend fashion and accessories for the body & home. She grew up in New York and moved to Los Angeles after attending Boston University. Jodi and Greg have three adult children, each of whom is involved with ALL WAYS UP.

Joyce L. Walker, MSSA is Vice President of Community Development for PK Management, LLC, where she is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and facilitating key projects and the management of both budgets, totaling in excess of $8.7 million. Joyce holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Administration and a master's degree in Social Administration and Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and has completed post graduate studies at Harvard University. Joyce has extensive experience in fundraising and development and years of experience in the field of social work, working with families, children and the elderly. She has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, as well as experience working with families and the elderly in the housing industry. Joyce is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the American Society on Aging (ASA). She is a regular contributor to community organizations and boards regarding housing issues, community resources, mental health issues and marketing. Joyce serves as the Chairman of the ASA Diversity and Inclusion Committee, an advisory committee to the ASA Board of Directors. In 2013, she was chosen as a "Woman of Outstanding Leadership" by The International Women's Leadership Association. She is board eligible for the Licensed Independent Social Worker (L.I.S.W.) Psychotherapy designation and is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Top Ladies of Distinction.

Lee Schube is the Executive Director of ALL WAYS UP, working to increase the Foundation's impact on the lives of low-income youth and families. Lee has more than ten years of multifaceted experience working in senior management positions of youth-oriented nonprofits. She is a trained lawyer and spent her early working years specializing in corporate law at a large international law firm. After moving to Los Angeles and serving for five years as the In-House Counsel for the founder of Redken Hair Products, Lee took a break from practicing law to spend time raising her two sons. Lee began her work in the non-profit sector at Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), an organization that provides underserved youth with free academics, arts, and athletics programs. At HOLA, she served as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations and External Affairs Advisor, managing a grant portfolio in excess of $1 million. After spending two years as the Development Director at 826LA, Lee returned to HOLA as the Communications Director, developing and implementing the marketing, public relations and communications strategies for the organization. In addition to ALL WAYS UP, Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of the Children - Los Angeles and The Change Reaction. Lee is a member of the All Ways Up Foundation's Board of Directors. Michael Clark, is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at GHC Housing Partners. He is a co-founder of Castle Hill Investors, a real estate private equity firm focused on operator and platform investing that helps grow real estate companies through capital investment and board level guidance. GHC and Castle Hill continue to partner on investments today. Prior to his days with Castle Hill, Mike was a managing director with Meridian Development Partners where he helped the company grow into a diversified development and funds management business. Prior to MDP, he was a director at the Jamieson Group, a redevelopment consultancy. Mike has been an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Real Estate since 2006, where he co-founded courses in Real Estate Development and Private Equity. Currently, he is a Board Member of Impact Network, an e-learning nonprofit that builds and operates schools in Zambia, Mike holds a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego with a dual degree in economics and accounting with an emphasis in real estate.

Taos Glickman is the Director of Scholarship Programs at ALL WAYS UP, focusing on student and program support. She is especially passionate about working with youth traditionally under-represented in higher education. Taos has extensive teaching and youth programming experience from kindergarten through college. This includes directing after school and summer K-12th grade college-focused programming at the YWCA in Pasadena, CA and STAR Education in Los Angeles, CA. She also taught at B-SAFE St. Stephen's Youth Programs, and Partnership for Community Schools in Malden, both in Boston, MA. In addition, Taos was a teaching assistant at the California State University Los Angeles, and an instructor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she taught media, writing, and public speaking to over 100 undergraduate students. Taos has a triple major and double minor bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, her master's degree from the California State University, Los Angeles, and is completing her PhD doctoral dissertation in Communication at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
