I currently lead a product design team in the design and developent of a new and disruptive suite of products within the social care sector in the UK for everyLIFE. We're striving to reshape and improve the delivery of care to vulnerable people with the help of modern, feature-rich digital products that drastically improve operational efficiency, track quality of care delivery and ultimately enhance the quality of care being delivered to care receivers... Prior to my current position, I improved the user experience of Opsview Monitor an IT Infrastructure Solutions Monitoring System, I reinvented the UX of one of their core products BSM or Business Service Management and helped the company become more attractive through to aquisition by ITRS, I've also achieved recognition for award-winning, data-driven tactics and campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry, serving clients GSK, ViiV Healthcare, and BMS
