ANDY LOCKWOOD

Andy Lockwood is a 40-year veteran of the commercial real estate business. In 1979, Andy joined the Property Management division of Hines, managing office buildings and rising to the level of Group Manager at The Lake on Post Oak. In 1984, Andy joined Benton/Gould Properties where he sold raw land and commercial property. Beginning in 1987, Andy served in several capacities at a firm which became CBREs Capital Markets division; first, in asset management as an advisor to Teacher Retirement System of Texas on its commercial loan and equity real estate where he negotiated loan workouts and liquidated foreclosed real estate, then reporting to lenders on their mortgage loan collateral and finally in arranging $46,000,000 in commercial mortgage loans before leaving CBRE in 2001.
