The mission of ANA Point Mugu Squadron is to educate the general public about Naval Base Ventura County Point Mugu and its tenant commands, to encourage widespread interest in the importance of Naval Aviation and Point Mugu in the defense of the United States and its allies, to stimulate the collection, preservation and display of historical material concerning the history of naval aviation at Point Mugu, to enhance aviation safety through the tradition of sea stories, and to encourage young people to consider Naval Aviation as a vocation. ANA is a not-for-profit organization as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.
