Arrowhead Pipeline Services (Arrowhead) is a private, minority owned pipeline construction and maintenance company, which primarily focuses on pipeline integrity related projects.Arrowhead is equally owned by a partnership of GR and Shaena Carter and Tom and Lou Ann Smith. With the majority of the ownership being Native American, the company is considered minority owned therefore giving us a competitive advantage in being awarded government contracts.Tom Smith is the President of Arrowhead Pipeline Services and is the former General Manager at Todd Creason Construction. Tom resigned from Todd Creason Construction in January 2012, after working five years and establishing a branch in Oklahoma consisting of 50 employees.
