ATHENS ANIMAL CLINIC

After having moved to Columbus, IN from Illinois, Dr. Wes Robinson opened up a new veterinary clinic in 1971. The first location for the newly established Athens Animal Clinic was on SR #11 just north of Bulldog Lanes at what used to be called the Paylakes. The practice grew quickly and in the early part of 1972, a brand new building was finished closer to downtown just north of the 8th Street bridge at the present location today... Athens Animal Clinic has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association since 1996. This accreditation process involves evaluation and scrutiny in many areas of veterinary medicine as it relates to high quality veterinary care. We are proud to undergo this process in order to offer the highest standards to our clients and pets... At Athens Animal Clinic we care for your pets with the same understanding and compassion we would want for ourselves. Our patients are each valued as individuals and are treated as if they were our own.
