Samuel D. Williams is an accomplished home building executive with more than 25 years of experience working for national home building institutions US Home Corporation, The Ryland Group, and Orleans Homebuilders. Throughout the years, Mr. Williams has been responsible for delivering more than 2000 homes, with revenues exceeding $1 billion. As President of Atlantic Development, Inc. Mr. Williams has created a culture of building homes using only the highest quality materials, developed a contractor base rivaling any of the national home building companies and is committed to building homes of exceptional quality and value. Mr. Williams' hands-on approach to home design, quality construction, personalized sales, and an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction is quickly making Atlantic Development, Inc. one of the areas most respected choices for new home buyers. Over the years, Mr. Williams has been involved with numerous home building affiliations and received multiple awards for his dedication and tireless efforts to his work, quality construction practices, product design and industry knowledge. He has held a seat as a Builder Member on the Board of Directors for the Builders League of South Jersey, been Chairman of the Action Committee for two years and has been an Executive Officer for the organization over the past three years and currently holds the position of Vice President.
