" AziMed was founded by Joe Azevedo in late 2004. Joe has more than 30 years experience in the fields of Diagnostic X-Ray and Radiation Therapy. After studying Electrical Engineering ( light current ) at Wits Technikon, and graduating at Central University of Technology - Free State , Joe spent 11 years at Philips Medical in both service and sales, and 9 years at Siemens Medical in sales. The last position held before venturing on his own was as National Sales Manager for capital equipment at AXIM. AziMed cc specialises in the supply of consumables and equipment to the Radiation Therapy market.
