Benjamin B. Grindstaff places his clients in the best position possible in their case. Benjamin Grindstaff will examine the best approach for you and your situation. Benjamin B. Grindstaff is the founder and managing member of Benjamin B. Grindstaff, PLLC. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Grindstaff represents clients in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and transactional matters. He also represents clients in criminal proceedings; business disputes; civil disputes; and personal injury matters. Prior to his founding of the firm, Mr. Grindstaff worked as an attorney with Enderton & Mathews, formerly, Stephen M. Enderton Legal Services LLC., where he focused his practice in the areas of family law, criminal law, personal injury law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Grindstaff also served a clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Pamela Meade Sargent of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Stephen M. Enderton Legal Services LLC, and the Law Office of David L. Grindstaff. Mr. Grindstaff received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah where he majored in Political Science. He then completed the course work for a Maters of Public Administration at the University of Idaho. Following which he earned his Jurist Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law, where he served as an Editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law, an Associate and Articles Editor for the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal, and on the Moot Court Board. While in Law School, Mr. Grindstaff also earned a Lawyer as a Problem Solver Certificate while in law school. Mr. Grindstaff has also received various professional, academic and community service awards, including, being named to Who's Who Among College and University Students, and the Willard Owens Award for Excellence in Community Service. In 2008, he received the Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Grindstaff is the father of five and has a reputation as a hard working, highly skilled and successful attorney. Who treats his clients with the respect and dignity they deserve.
