Our President, founder, owner and CEO Dr. Jimmy Etti-Williams is a man with extensive construction, planning, development, engineering, and project management experience. He brings more than 25 years of roadways, highways, public works and building construction engineering, and management experience to the company. Dr Etti-Williams was a Transportation Engineering Research Project Manager with the Oklahoma Highway Department for several years. He was the District Manager City of Dallas Planning and Development Building and Fire Code Inspection. He was a Utility Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator for the City of Dallas Public Works and Transportation division.
