Cooper Brantley, Jr., formed Brantley Commercial Partners, LLC in 2011 with a similar focus to that of Brantley Properties, but he aligned the new firm with Certus Partners, LLC, to help raise equity for development of upscale apartment communities.
Mr. Brantley, Jr., attended Virginia's respected Woodberry Forest High School, then earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Georgia. He is an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity and a corporate sponsor of "Reelin' for Research," which supports children's cancer research at the University of North Carolina hospital system.
