Amy is the Director of Foster Care at The Buckeye Ranch where she has worked for over 13 years. As a professional clinical counselor and supervisor, she also works in private practice in the Columbus area. Amy's experience has largely been working within family systems. She specializes in adolescent and family counseling, parent coaching, and trauma-informed approaches to child welfare systems. She did a 2-year post-graduate fellowship at The Ohio State University, where she also received her master's in Clinical Counseling; Amy received her bachelor's from Purdue University. Amy has guest lectured at Purdue, OSU, and Texas A&M; and presented at a local, state, and national level on issues such as: family relationships, LGBTQ+ culture, developmental stages, relationship management, trauma-informed care strategies for children, adolescents, and families. Amy is passionate about building connections between people in her community and working to build greater equity in our world.

Dr. Pam Scott is the Director of Clinical Development for The Buckeye Ranch. She earned both her MSW and PH.D. in Social Work from Arizona State University. Prior to entering the social work profession, she worked in early childhood education, focusing on the impact of poverty on early childhood development. She has worked with children and families in community mental health both in Arizona and Ohio. At The Buckeye Ranch, she works across the agency training supervisors, clinicians, and students in clinical work as well as participating in program development and oversight of the ongoing quality of the services we offer our children and families. In addition to her work at The Ranch, Dr. Scott also teaches at The Ohio State University and previously at Capital University in their social work programs.

June has over 25 years of human resource expertise. Prior to joining the Ranch, she was Principal and Senior Consultant at HR Response, where she led a variety of clients through the HR maze, identifying needs, developing and implementing initiatives that improved business operations. June served as Employment Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, overseeing the HR management for six distribution sites throughout Ohio. She has extensive experience with nonprofits, which include executive HR roles at MedFlight and Lutheran Social Services of Ohio. June received her Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources from the College of Business Administration at The Ohio State University. June holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute, and the Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami University and a Master's degree from Franklin University in Public Administration. Prior to joining The Buckeye Ranch in 2004, Kimberly spent the last 12 years in the child welfare field, both as a child protective specialist and a supervisor. Kimberly oversees the following areas at The Buckeye Ranch: Quality, Admissions & Engagement, Care Coordination & Utilization, Clinical Development & Training, Medical Management, and Same-Day Access. This position addresses care across The Buckeye Ranch continuum to assure all programs and services at The Buckeye Ranch are achieving the best possible outcomes for those served, while meeting the regulatory and financial expectations.

Margrit received a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Denison University. She began her career at The Buckeye Ranch in 2005 as a Youth Leader. Margrit has held many roles across Buckeye Ranch programs to include Day Treatment Clinician, Family Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, and Senior Clinical Manager within the Admissions and Engagement Department. In 2016, Margrit and her team transformed the front door of the agency improving access to care for families seeking mental health services with the Buckeye Ranch through the implementation of Same Day Access within Admissions and Engagement. In 2019, Margrit began oversight of both the Admissions and Engagement Department and Medication Management as Director. In 2021, Margrit started in her current role as Vice President of Integrated Care. With her experience and in her role, Margrit is focused on horizontal and vertical integration for program lines to ensure a deep mission orientation in supporting families through the complex Medicaid system and advancing the organization in value-based care and care coordination.

Rob has fourteen years of experience with The Buckeye Ranch having joined in 2001 as the Program Coordinator of the Linden McKinley Day Treatment program. He joined the Quality Improvement Department as Assistant Director in 2008, before being promoted to Director in 2013. Rob is responsible for ensuring the Ranch's compliance to all state licensing standards, maintaining the Ranch's Joint Commission certification, and manages Maintenance and Purchasing projects. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University.

Simon holds a Master's of Management Information Systems degree from Wright State University and a Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University (Chicago). Prior to joining The Buckeye Ranch, Simon served as the Behavioral Health IS Manager for Nationwide Children's Hospital. Previously, Simon served as the Director of IS/HIM at CompDrug/Youth to Youth, where he also served as the HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer. Simon has a lifelong passion for Behavioral Health and mission driven causes, marked by decades of professional and volunteer service for non-profit organizations.

Tina first became connected with The Buckeye Ranch in 1999 while working with Directions for Youth & Families. She came to Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN) as a caseworker in April 2001 and was promoted to a Child Protection Specialist supervisor position two years later. Tina served as a supervisor for over five years before being promoted to Associate Director in August 2008. In 2011, She began taking on an increased role and completing many of the responsibilities previously a part of the Director's position and was promoted to Director in December 2012. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and is a licensed social worker. Tina also holds a Master's in Human Services from Franklin University.

Tjay joined The Buckeye Ranch in 2007 as a team member of Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN) where he served as the Utilization Manager prior to joining the Quality Improvement team in 2016. He is responsible for ensuring The Buckeye Ranch's compliance to all state licensing standards, maintaining The Buckeye Ranch's accreditation and Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives. He also serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer. Tjay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cross Disciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology and Criminal Justice, from Ohio Dominican University and has completed a certificate in Human Services Management from Ohio State University.

Vickie has worked in the nonprofit field for 29 years and is a well-recognized, nonprofit child welfare and senior industry executive and community leader. Her career began in child welfare and then expanded into healthcare, senior living, housing, behavioral health, and disability work. Her last position was with Samaritas, one of the largest nonprofits in the state of Michigan. Vickie has a bachelor of science from Western Michigan University and a master's degree in social work from Eastern Michigan University.
