Bertrand A. Zalinsky

Bertrand A. Zalinsky focuses on business, commercial and real estate law representing individuals and enterprises in both transactional and litigation contexts as part of his general practice of law. Having served as inside general counsel to a New Hampshire technology products and professional services firm, Bert is experienced in advocating and legal problem solving for clients in a diverse array of business matters, including entity formation, maintenance, restructuring and dissolution, from choice of entity to member/shareholder dispute resolution and business split ups, employment law, and commercial negotiation and disputes. Bert is an active member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Chris Drescher

Chris Drescher focusses on Land Use and Municipal/Government law. In addition to the aforementioned areas of law, Chris has also spent a considerable amount of time in the practice areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Family Immigration, as well as, general practice. Chris handles a number of diverse matters for several municipalities and various governmental boards, land developers, administered countless estates, and has shepherded many immigrants through the administrative processes of Consular Processing and Naturalization. Chris is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is licensed in State of New Hampshire, as well as, the United States District Court for New Hampshire. Chris is also a member of the Nashua Bar. A native of New Hampshire, Chris spent twenty years between New York City and Boston pursuing various projects in the Theater Arts having appeared in many productions whether in television, film, and theater both in New York City, as well as, regional theaters throughout the country. Chris is a proud Board member of Share Outreach in Milford, NH, where he sits as the Chair of the Finance Committee, as well as a Board Member. Chris has a B.F.A. (acting) from Boston University, class of 1999, and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, class of 2012. Chris is also a devout husband and father.

Christine M. Windler

Christine M. Windler is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and New England School of Law. Additionally, she has earned a Masters of Taxation Degree from Boston University School of Law. Prior to her legal career, she worked for several years in the medical field as a registered nurse. She specializes in estate and tax planning, and probate administration. Chris is a member of the New Hampshire State Bar, the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Sections of the New Hampshire Bar, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is currently President of the Board of Directors of the Manchester Community Theater Players, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Marquis Musical Pre-Kindergarten and a member of the St. Joseph Regional Junior High School Advisory Board. Daniel D. Muller Jr.

Daniel D. Muller, Jr. joined the firm in 2007 after practicing in the City of Manchester Solicitor's Office for over ten years. While at the Solicitor's Office, Dan counseled the City's land use planning boards and assisted in labor relations and contract negotiations. Dan handles a diverse civil practice which includes civil litigation, real estate law, land use, condominium development and management and labor law. Dan is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Manchester Bar Association. Dan received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1993, and his J.D. from Tulane University in 1996.

James M. Bosco

Before becoming an attorney, Jim was a police officer in the State of New Hampshire which led to his career as an attorney. Jim is licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Licensed Agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Jim is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Cronin, Bisson & Zalinsky P.C., he ran a solo practice for over 15 years in which he handled a diverse civil practice, including real estate conveyancing, foreclosure prevention, Landlord Tennant law, Business Formation and Estate Planning. Jim is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Merrimack Valley Conveyancers Association, Lawrence Bar Association and Northeast Association of Realtors. A father of three, Jim sits on the board for the Hampton Youth Association and volunteers to coach various sports.

John F. Bisson

John F. Bisson handles a diverse civil practice, which includes commercial and business litigation, probate, personal injury, appeals, and general counseling. Licensed to practice law in the States of New Hampshire and Maine, he also provides counseling in real estate development, acquisition, leasing and financing, community association law, corporate, employment, and contract matters. John is a member of several associations, including the New Hampshire, Manchester and Maine Bar Associations, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, and the Community Association Institute. He served on the School Board for the Catholic Diocese of Manchester and as a Board Member for the University of Maine School of Law Alumni Association. He has assisted the New Hampshire Bar Association's New Lawyers Committee, having taught in its New Lawyers Education Seminars. Before joining Cronin & Bisson in 1995, he worked as a law clerk for the justices of the Maine Superior Court. John received his B.S. from the University of Maine in 1986, and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 1993.

John G. Cronin

John G. Cronin founded the firm in 1991, after practicing with the Manchester law firm formerly known as Cullity, Kelley & McDowell. Licensed to practice law in both the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he maintains a diverse business and commercial counseling practice. He also provides assistance with real estate development, real estate tax abatements, insurance, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters. John is a member of several associations, including the New Hampshire, Manchester and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association and the Apartment Association of New Hampshire. He is the current Chair of the Board of Directors of Catholic Medical Center and is also a past president and board member of the Apartment Association of New Hampshire. He has lectured to various professional groups on subjects related to taxation of real property and condominium association management, and has been an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and Franklin Pierce College. He also serves on a number of Boards of Directors for local organizations. John recently completed service as the "Attorney Member" of the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. John received his B.S.B.A from Merrimack College in 1982, his M.B.A. from Anna Maria College in 1986, his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1989, and completed the Mediation Program at Northwestern University in 2017.

Shawn R. Dunphy

Shawn received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.
