THE CHARMETTES, INCORPORATED

The Charmettes, Incorporated is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization. The Organization's fundraising supports education, research and the eradication of cancer... We continue to seek innovative ways of raising awareness for cancer, which includes informing the community through education, early detection, and prevention. We believe that through prayer, financial support, and research, researchers will eradicate cancer in our lifetime... We dedicate the slide presentation in memory of our Founders, the late Frankie Drayton Thomas and the late Gwendolyn Baker Rodgers, and their vision to organize women to be of service to their separate communities and the world. The Richmond Metropolitan Chapter is an evolution of that Vision. The Mission Statement is the statement of purpose and guide for the Richmond Metropolitan Chapter.
