Adil serves as the COO and board member. Adil joined What Digital in 2019 after 20 years as the Managing Director of Gigajob, the German job search giant acquired by Indeed in 2018. His success with Gigajob caught the attention of What Digital, and he was invited to join forces with Shane and Alexander to create a global brand with WhatJobs.com. Adil is based in Bangalore, India.

Alexander serves as the Global CEO and board member of What Digital. He is also a founder member with Shane McGourty. Alexander started his career within the recruitment industry in early 2005 by creating check4jobs.com, one of the first job search aggregators in the world.
In 2011 he rebranded the business to AdView.Online. Eight years later, he co-founded WhatJobs.com to take the brand mainstream. Alexander is based in London, England.
Brandon East Design Lead Brandon manages the design team and works with other members of the business to analyze, plan and design new web interfaces to meet business requirements or provide visual aesthetics and assets for Web and Print.
After a long career in the city of London, moving between and combining roles in network administration, HR, Finance and Project Management, Clare took some time out and traveled.
With her wide-ranging skills and prior knowledge of living in India she was a perfect fit to act as the UK and India Coordinator.

Heiko started his career in 1995 by creating and optimizing e-commerce solutions and web platforms. Since 1996 job boards have become his main work focus. He founded the German job site Gigajob which grew to 110 countries worldwide over a period of 20 years.
Heiko joined Whatjobs.com as Chairman of the Board to share his knowledge and experience.
Heiko still lives in Germany but often travels globally for business and pleasure.

Lauren has extensive experience in Sales and Business Development, with over four-and-a-half years experience growing and developing companies.
Lauren has gained experience in management and has previously worked as the Managing Director for The Helpling Group. She has also worked for a number of other businesses such as Point Cash By Brinks , Quark software and FleetConnect.
At WhatJobs Lauren is employed as Sales Director and is based in our Dublin office.

Sudhakar serves as the CTO and board member. Sudhakar joined What Digital in 2019 after 20 years as the Technical Director of Netzmarkt India.
Sudi has led teams on various job search and advertising projects in 110 countries covering every primary language. His ability to deliver on a global scale caught the eye of What Digital, and he was invited to join the board in April 2019. Sudhakar is based in Bangalore, India.
