Kevin is an Indianapolis native who graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He went on to receive his paralegal certificate through IUPUI in 2012. Kevin gained his first experience in the legal field working as a bailiff in Marion County Superior Court 11 from 2013-2016. At Ciobanu Law PC, Kevin assists with medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, probate litigation, and other areas of practice. He enjoys going on bicycle excursions and caring for his pet tortoise.

Kristin McFarland works as a Legal Assistant at Ciobanu Law, PC. In August 2015, she graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English. Her studies included publishing and technical writing, with a minor in sociology. She utilizes her skills to draft motions and review briefs for different practice areas in the firm, including medical malpractice, family law, and civil rights. She also assists the attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks and client communications. Prior to Ciobanu Law, Kristin worked as an intern and later as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Strategist at a marketing firm. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on freelance graphic design projects, and relaxing at home with pizza and a movie.
