Custom House Designs was established in 1997 to produce high quality drawings at affordable prices using the latest in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) technology. We are experienced in stick framed homes as well as structural insulated panel (SIP) homes ranging from small simple ranchers to luxurious two story dwellings. Most residential plans do not have to be engineered if they consistently use standard building practices. For complicated structures engineering may be required.
