We will help with the designing of your dream home using our architectural design program and then build that home for you. If you have a floor plan of your own, we will be glad to work with you in the construction your new home. If your would like changes made to your floor plan, we can help you with our "CAD" system. We often alter designs to meet our customers' needs... We offer a Work Equity Program designed just for you. You will be able to do some of the work on the home and save on your downpayment. We pay you for painting, clean up, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating and other items that you qualify for. All the money you save can be used toward your downpayment or closing cost... Many things go into building a custom home. If you have land, we will meet you at your land and review the many different options for building. If you have a floor plan or a working design, we will help you locate the best location to build your new custom home.
