Cygnus LS is the successor to a business formed by our CEO in 2002. It began operations in the Life Settlement field in 2010 and began offering its current suite of services in late 2011. Cygnus LS, llc, was formed in July 2013. We have established strategic relationships with a team of independent structuring experts whose services compliment ours in order to fulfill our clients' financing objectives... Cygnus LS, llc is a specialty consulting firm. We provide customized advisory services to private enterprises engaged in a broad range of businesses. Our services are offered to clients who require between $10 million and $85 million for identified projects and can demonstrate their ability to utilize either of our two structured financial vehicles to meet that need. In short, our business has been described recently as, "The marriage of project finance and structured finance."
