Anna Farkas

Anna Farkas has worked as Paralegal at Cutler and Associates for three years. Prior to this Anna worked for another law firm for ten years, primarily handling Real Estate and Estate Planning matters . Anna was born and raised in Chicago, is fluent in Spanish and is the youngest of seven children. During non working hours Anna enjoys hiking, karaoke, salsa dancing, Tai Chi, Musical Theatre, watching movies and spending time with her family, friends and her pets. Anna is currently learning French and auditioning for plays with local theaters.

Anna Pilich

Anna Pilich has worked as Paralegal at Cutler and Associates for over 3 years. She takes care of the Bankruptcy department at the firm. Anna was born and raised in Poland. Prior to becoming a Paralegal she was an international student advisor at one of Chicago's colleges where she helped Polish students enroll into ESL classes. When she's not glued to a computer and getting paper cuts at the office Anna enjoys traveling, biking, and taking pictures.

David H. Cutler

After passing the Illinois Bar and Illinois Certified Public Accounting exam s in 1990, David Cutler began his legal career combining his legal and financial skills for the benefit of small business and entrepreneurial type clients. He has served as corporate counsel to numerous start-up, mid-size, and public companies. His litigation experience includes bench and jury trials, ranging from tort to corporate and commercial litigation, and includes trademark, employment, shareholder oppression, contract, real estate, consumer fraud and franchise litigation. The testimony to his success is a near 100% long term client retention. As Cutler & Associates grew, Cutler chose to concentrate his practice in consumer bankruptcy, where his accounting and financial background has earned him respect and appreciation amongst his peers and court trustees alike. Cutler has served on various non-profit boards and has been recognized and honored by the Chicago Legal Volunteer Services, The Ark and the Chicago Legal Clinic.

Lincoln King

Lincoln King in an Associate Attorney with Cutler & Associates, Ltd. and his primary area of practice is bankruptcy law. He received his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2003 and is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts throughout Illinois. After graduation from law school, Lincoln was a partner in a small bankruptcy firm where he managed all aspects of the bankruptcy process for the firm for over 15 years. Lincoln has represented parties in all types of bankruptcies throughout Northern and Central Illinois. Lincoln joined Cutler & Associates in 2018 to focus his representation on individuals seeking relief from debt through bankruptcy. Lincoln understands the financial pressures clients feel and enjoys helping clients relieve the stresses associated with these financial concerns. Lincoln has spoken on bankruptcy issues at seminars organized by many different organizations including the National Business Institute and Kane County Bar Association. In his free time, Lincoln enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Michelle E. Mandroiu

Michelle E. Mandroiu is an Associate Attorney with Cutler & Associates, Ltd. and her primary area of practice is bankruptcy law. Michelle received her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in May of 2006 and she is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Illinois. Michelle joined the law firm of Cutler & Associates in 2015 to provide a more personalized legal experience where she continues to passionately represent the client's interests in the area of bankruptcy law. Michelle routinely appears in front of Judges in the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division Bankruptcy Court and regularly attends creditor hearings. She is dedicated to helping clients rebuild their life by using bankruptcy as a financial tool. Michelle understands the importance of each client's case by giving them the time and attention they deserve.

Stuart L. Swanson

Stuart Swanson is a Partner with Cutler & Associates, Ltd. Since joining Cutler and Associates, Ltd. in 2005 Stuart's primary areas of practice have been bankruptcy, real estate, general litigation and corporate transnational work. The experience in these various arenas has allowed Stuart to work with families, individuals and small business owners to resolve their financial problems. Before practicing law Stuart spent almost ten years working for some of the most recognized corporations in America as a manager; most recently serving as Hershey Chocolate, USA's Chicago District Sales Supervisor. When not in the office, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. Stuart also supports local charities and he does pro bono work through Catholic Charities, helping low income families and veterans understand debt and credit issues. In fact, his efforts were recognized by Catholic Charities in February 2009, when Stuart was named Volunteer of the Month. When meeting with a new client Stuart challenges them to do research on the attorney they are hiring and believes that our team provides the best service to its clients. As he tells many new clients, "We are not the most expensive firm, nor the cheapest firm, we charge a fair price and give outstanding service."
