As a founding principal of Decatur Capital Management, Ralph is responsible for the firm's compliance program and risk management. He also serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer.
Ralph completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University and did further studies in accounting at the University of Miami in Oxford, Ohio. Ralph is an U.S. Army veteran and
served in the Vietnam Conflict. He completed the requirements for the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1976.

Siva Nathan is an Associate Professor at the Robinson College of Business. Siva received his Ph.D. in accounting from SUNY at Buffalo. Nathan's teaching interest focuses on financial accounting. His research interests include studying the effects of accounting numbers on stock prices, and financial analysts' earnings forecasts and investment recommendations.
He has published numerous articles in publications such as the Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, and Contemporary Accounting Research.
Nathan is a recipient of the American Accounting Association Competitive Manuscript Award, and he has been widely cited in the business press for his research on the behavior of financial analysts.
Tamica manages the firm's back office functions, strategic operations planning and GIPS compliance. She also provides support to the trader and other members of the DCM team.
She graduated from Georgia State University with a major in Finance.
Tamica brings more than 16 years of operations expertise to the firm. Prior to joining Decatur Capital Management, she was a portfolio administrator with Buckhead Capital Management. While at BCM, Tamica was responsible for client reporting, trade support, trade settlement and verification processes. Before joining BCM, she was a Manager of the Client Service team at Earnest Partners.
She enjoys spending time with family and reading motivational books.

Vikas Agarwal is a Professor of Finance at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Vikas received his Ph.D. in finance from the London Business School. He is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Financial Research, University of Cologne, Germany. He also holds a Research Associate position at EDHEC Risk and Asset Management Center, France.
His broad areas of research interest include investments and asset pricing. His current research focuses on various issues related to hedge funds including characterization of risks, performance evaluation, determinants of money flows and risk-taking behavior, and impact of managerial incentives on performance in the hedge fund industry. His research has been published both in academic and practitioner journals including Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Investment Management, Journal of Alternative Investments, Foundations and Trends in Finance, and Journal of Asset Management. His research has been cited and discussed in the financial press and magazines including Euromoney, Financial Times, International Herald Tribune, New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
