Najib got his start in web development by creating his own MySpace layouts back when it everybody was trying to have the coolest layouts, and shortly thereafter began building websites. Najib later got his Bachelors degree in Computer Science where he developed further knowledge of the field. Najib specializes in module development and theming, while also doing occasional design work to switch things up. Pedro uses Visual Studio as his canvas and C# with JavaScript as his brush when crafting his logic. The tools in the Integrated Development Environment provide him with the essential outfits he needs to tap into the .NET framework, allowing him to fully leverage his experience with modern, dynamic programming languages to craft solutions that meet client specifications. Pedro takes the forefront of development technologies and finds ways to adapt them to create tailored solutions that provide levels of interactivity for web apps that are unique and creative. Pierce is a keen developer with an engineering background. His primary role is to develop and support bespoke applications for some of our larger clients, making full use of Microsoft's .NET Framework and supporting technologies ranging from SQL Server to jQuery. He has also worked on an online 360° performance review platform for a firm of business consultants specialising in Leadership Coaching, and has supplied technical support to a leading producer of training materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
Pierre's expertise lies in branding, design and typography, which are exemplified in each project he is involved with at DOTCOMS. His extensive experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign allows him to consistently create designs that align accordingly with client expectations. As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Mr. Batten leverages his tireless passion for advertising to strengthen DOTCOM's global presence. Trevor is responsible for DOTCOM's Global Marketing strategy, including PR, awards, the DOTCOM brand. His mobile expertise has landed him on the Media Board on more than one occasion, giving him insight on our industry and schooling the world on all the latest trends.
Vladislav enjoys using analytics and research to find the best way to market a website. His most effective use of this data is to increase the social media engagement of a website, but he also enjoys using statistics to inform website functionality, conversion optimisation, email marketing and PPC campaigns. With a lengthy background in B2C blue-chip digital marketing, Vladislav has worked for several ‘big names' but now prefers the professional environment at DOTCOMS.
