The Downland Partnership was created in the mid 1990s when three highly experienced surveyors came together to form the company. From their base in Ramsbury in Wiltshire, Bill Mowatt, David Steven and Tony Davies built an organisation that has always been a byword for quality and value... In 1998 Downland became a limited company and grew in size, taking on ever more challenging projects. David Stevens was forced to leave the partnership in 2006 due to illness, leaving the directors Bill and Tony in charge... A surveying company with 30 years of experience in heritage, residential, industrial surveying, and more.
