ELCIO MATOS

Aelcio da Silva Matos (known as Elcio Matos) is a British qualified chiropodist, who was born in Brazil where he qualified and practiced as a dentist. Moved to United Kingdom in 1989, but was unable to continue his Dental Career. Wishing to remain within medicine he decided to study to become a Chiropodist at the Institute of Chiropodist and Podiatrist in Sheffield. On qualifying, he also successfully applied to and was accepted as a Member of the Health Professions Council. Since moving to Spain in 2003, he has practiced as a Mobile Chiropodist developing a large clientele base, working along The Costa del Sol from Torremolinos to Gibraltar. As well as working with various clinics and doctors surgeries, he also visits private homes, Sheltered Accommodations, Nursing Homes, Beauty Parlours, Hairdressing Salons, Hotels, etc. Elcio has developed a high profile within the medical field on the Costa del Sol, not only for his professional expertise but also for his easy personal manner that..
