Dr. Abdel-Kader is leading a career combining academia and practice serving the K&A's strategic goals and quality assurance.
With a Bachelor degree in Architecture and Masters in Urban Design from Cairo University together with a PhD in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley in May of 2002, Dr. Abdel-Kader covers diverse areas of the academic spectrum from architecture to urban design and planning.
Dr. Abdel-Kader's expertise varies geographically from Egypt to France (practicing interior design), to England and the USA (practicing Architecture). During these visits Dr. Abdel-Kader had established relationships with business partners with the objective of working together on complex assignments in the Middle East and Africa, exploring new ideas.
Every home should have its own legacy. It can be any thing; inspired from the conversations I have with various home owners, it can be their habits, thoughts and anything that reflects the unique persona and taste of the home owner. The designs I create for my clients should not only be functional and comfortable, but also beautiful, and most importantly unique and special.
I have been working as an interior designer since 2007. And I have been very fond of the exquisite art of furniture and design ever since I was a child. This is why I pursued my studies in both construction and art from a high-quality university. Today, developing uniquely designed furniture to valuable clients is my primary objective.

Mr Roshdy has extensive experience in banking applications and operations for more than 16 years, as well as his professional experience in the real estate business since 2002 .
Mr. Roshdy graduated from Faculty of Commerce - Cairo University in 1985 and received a Diploma in Management and Banking Operations from the American University in Cairo in 1997. He then received a second Diploma in the Capital Markets from the American University in Cairo in 2000 plus several professional certificates in Marketing , Economic , Investment and Finance .
