Berthony Napoleon

Berthony leads Five and Two solutions Group into schools, community centers, and churches to equip their youth with the skill of decision making. His leadership and developmental skills are grounded in more than 40 years experience. He developed a consistent leadership success track records in organizational development, training management, strategic and operations planning, policy and strategy administration, program management and soldier-diplomacy. He was commissioned in the United States Army in 1976 serving honorably and with distinctions as an Air Defense Artillery Officer and a Foreign Area Officer until he retired in 1999. Within the same year he accepted a contract from MPRI / L3 Com, as a Training Specialist and Advisor to nations in Africa serving both Department of Defense and Department of State in their democratization effort of friendly nations. In 2005 he accepted an Intelligence Analyst position from Department of the Air Force where he developed and led the USCENTCOM International Engagement Program. That position was later transferred to the Defense Intelligence Agency, where he also developed the USCENTCOM Research Branch that established the Department of Defense best practice standards to support mitigation efforts of compromised classified information. He retired as a DOD Civilian 30 April 2018. His impressive list of career accomplishments included Politico-Military Advisor to UN Forces Haiti, designed and implemented a training management system for the Nigerian Defense Department, and contributed to the modernization of the US Army's Air Defense Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence systems through integration of 10-communication technology programs. He has a Bachelor in Psychology, a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Human Resources Management. He is married to Ava, they have two daughters and a grandson.

David McKenzie

David is a career volunteer and servant for the public good. He has been a volunteer with Meals-On-Wheels, Homeless Shelters, Highway Clean-up and Beautification programs and currently with Five and Two Solutions Group. He is the husband of Patricia Diane Deas McKenzie. He is the father of 4 children (daughter and 3 sons) and the proud grandfather of 5 beautiful girls. He served 12 years as a foster parent in Utah, Florida and Virginia. He has been an ordained deacon since 1994. David has degrees at the Associate, Bachelors and Masters (MBA) level plus a Teachers' Certificate in Kindergarten - 6 grade education. In 2010, he retired from the United States Air Force as a Major following 25 ½ years of enlisted and officer service. His tours of duty in the Air Force took him to 4 continents (North America, Europe, Africa and Asia). Major Mckenzie (retired) awards include two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, an Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, a Joint Service Commendation Medal and 5 Air Force Commendation Medals.

Nadine Livingston

Born of Jamaican decent, Nadine migrated to the United States as a young child where she resided in Miami, Florida. At the age of 18, she joined the United States Air Force, served 10 years of active duty and completed an additional ten years as an Air Force reservist. During her tenure with the Air Force, she worked in Medical Logistics while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management. She later moved on to earn a Master's in Business Administration. In 2013, she completed a degree with Walden University as an Education Specialist (Ed.S) in Administrator Leadership and Teaching. Currently, she lives and works in Hillsborough County Public Schools, as an Instructional Mentor. This position is a vital part of the school district sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Her impact is noticeable in these areas. She diligently mentor new teachers, observe and encourage them to deliver the most effective instruction which will ultimately promote successful learning for all students. After ten years of classroom experience, five years as a Peer Evaluator and three years current as an Instructional Mentor, she has a few more years before she retires from her second career. She is a proud mother of two handsome sons, Juwuan and Javon. They are both progressing nicely as college students (Stetson University and Florida Institute of Technology, respectively). She is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Progress Village where she serves in the Education Ministry. She is also a proud member of the Five and Two Solutions Group. Being a member of this group gives her an opportunity to serve in the community outside of her immediate area and to promote the growth of young minds by keeping them informed of their history and rights.

R. Clinton Minor - Founder, President

PhD Founder and President Institute for Performance Excellence. Dr. R. Clinton Miner has enjoyed two successful careers. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served in the active duty Army for over 20 years. Commissioned in 1973 as an Infantry Officer, with Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, and Jungle Warfare qualifications, he served in successive leadership and command positions in Infantry and Aviation units. Dr. Miner's military career also included leadership positions within the Army Education System helping guide the education and training of future Army officers. Clint's passion for promoting personal and professional growth through education led him to his second career in adult education. He has been a leader in the development and delivery of innovative adult-learning degree and non-degree programs in the US and around the globe. His focus is on finding approaches to making education more affordable, accessible, and relevant to adult learners who want to position themselves for success in an ever increasing competitive work place. Clint has extensive personal and professional global experiences. He has delivered programs in over 80 countries and personally visited over 45 countries. He recently stepped down from his position of President and CEO of the National Graduate School, a non-profit, accredited college, and founded The Institute for Performance Excellence (www.i4pe.org) which provides innovative programs and mentoring to help organizations and leaders realize performance excellence. Clint is married to Yuliia (Budnyk). His passions, in addition to his work in education, include, biking, traveling, golfing, and skiing. Russ Barnes

Colonel (retired) Russ Barnes is the CEO and Senior Business Advisor to Entrepreneurs and Executives at Systro, an organization design firm specializing in small business development. His 30+ years of experience in organization development is drawn from military service, franchise ownership, academic programs, and strategy consulting, specifically with small businesses. After retirement from the military, Russ grew a franchise territory from zero to profitability in less than three years. His growth was based on a clear vision, building an effective network, consistently delivering a quality product and maintaining a relentless focus on customer service. Russ is a graduate of the Referral Institute Certified Networker program where he received extensive training in referral marketing. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Manhattan College (NY), his MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and his Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from Air University. He is currently earning a PhD in Organization Development at Benedictine University.
