FireScenes.Net is not a news organization. Though we may post images of scenes as they occur or in their immediate aftermath, that is not our primary goal. Instead we hope to provide readers with a place to find images and information about fires large and small without having to scour the web to find them... FireScenes.Net was created as a hub for photographers to have a place where people all over the world can view fire scene images. This also allows photographers to see the work of others and keep up with fires, without having to navigate through dozens of sites.
