I am a Big 4 alum with over 15 years of professional experience as client service delivery practitioner within the IT consulting services arena with Deloitte Consulting, combined with 15+ years as a professional placement/executive search consultant. I started my own practice in 2010 to better address the needs of my client base, and sustain a level of professionalism when working with my clients who were not interested in working with "garden variety", transactional staffing agencies... As a sole practitioner/business owner, I selectively partner with other professional services organizations to provide consulting services to their clients.
