GEORGIAN FEAST

Having grown up with the rich culinary traditions of Georgia, a country on the ancient Silk Road, I developed a strong passion for cooking... I was born in Georgia's capital, Tbilisi, and was raised around my mother's cooking. The aroma of cooking surrounded us, especially as she cooked such dishes as Chashushuli, a Georgian meat stew.
