We are a state registered Sausage Producing in Wisconsin which is located by the beautiful Great Lakes. We are proud to introduce and produce one of the best authentic Hmong traditional sausages that has been carried for centuries. These sausages are filled with pork meats, pork skins, beef tendons, ginger, lemongrass, green onion, garlic, and others which packed in hog casings. All ingredients are manually measured with precise scaling.
