Brendan Grady

Brendan Grady was raised in Charlotte NC, where he lives with his lovely wife, Brittany, and their three daughters, Elaina, Evelyn and Eleanor. He is very proud of his wife, Brittany, who is not only a very involved, stay-at-home Mom, but also a tri-athlete coach at the Harris YMCA. Their daughters are enrolled in the Chinese-immersion program at Waddell Language Academy, and very involved in a year-round swim program. Brendan has been active in the Financial Services Industry since 2007, when he began The Grady Group Inc. He takes pride in making the difficult decisions concerning your retirement a lot easier to understand. Medicare, Life Insurance, Final Expense Insurance, Retirement Income Planning, as well as Federal Employee benefits are all his specialties. Brendan is a Registered Investment Advisor, which allows him to remain Independent. (Registered Investment Advisors are held to a Fiduciary Standard. Brian Grady

Brian Grady is originally from Syracuse, New York. He began his career self-employed in the furniture industry in Charlotte. Realizing he did not want to be moving around furniture at the age of 50, he changed careers and worked in IT security for a few years in New York City. After a few winters in New York the South was sounding very good. He moved back to Charlotte in 2001 and in 2002 started at CBS as an advertising executive. Brian worked at CBS until he came to work with his father and two brothers at the Grady Group. He was also the Vice President of his church's Men's Club and lead an effort to bring the pope to Charlotte. He currently runs the HOM Ministry furnishing homes at no cost for single mothers. In addition, Brian is also a mentor in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for nine years and they have a five-year-old son named Flynn. In 2008, with the financial crash, Brian lost over a third of his money. He knew there was something wrong with the system. That year, his wife asked him to help her with her accounts. He knew he had to do something safe and that it had to be good for their future. Through Brian's research, he found the products that the Grady Group offers. He truly felt it was a sign from God and decided to join the Grady Group. He gets to do what he's always wanted to do. Help people and their families. DO for others what he was able to do for his own family. He is very excited about this opportunity but also very excited for his clients and their families. Henry Ingier

Henry Ingier was born in Buffalo, New York. He attended Lake Michigan Catholic schools in southwestern Michigan, he competed as a nationally ranked wrestler and attended Central Michigan University. He spent his early career in Hollywood Florida as well as Hialeah Florida. He returned to Fort Lauderdale in early 2004.

Katie Grafrath is the President of Grady Group of Illinois. The family business was founded by her uncle, Mike Grady, upon his return from the Vietnam War. With the sole mission of helping as many people as possible, by educating them on what they can do to keep their money safe, the Grady Group has made a dramatic lasting impact on the lives of thousands of people. Katie is passionate about protecting her clients' assets from the unfavorable circumstances of volatile markets by making safe money choices, giving them the peace of mind needed to enjoy their retirement.

Sean Flynn

Sean Flynn was born in Staten Island, NY and raised in Charlotte, NC where The Grady Group is based today. After college, he spent over 10 years in the custom rehab equipment industry working with senior citizens and children with disabilities. As a result of constant corporate mergers and the desire to work for himself he embarked on a career as an Independent Agent in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. An industry he has been interested in since experiencing the loss of close family members at early ages and witnessing generations of family and friends not properly planning for retirement. After working with a wide variety of clients and product during his first year as an agent, Sean realized he enjoyed helping and working with young adults along with the baby boomer generation and focused on specializing in Life, Medicare and Retirement product for these two markets. He finds the work very challenging, yet extremely rewarding. Sean has been married to his wife Kim for 11 years. A big advocate for pets he admits he spent more years training for work then training his dog. He knows he is not the alpha when at home, his dog Stella runs the show and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Todd Ingier

Todd Ingier and his family first moved to Austin, TX in 2007. Subsequently, he could not be more excited to have returned to service Texas families, in and around the greater Austin area. Growing up in a family restaurant, located in the Midwest, not only taught Todd the value of hard work, but the meaning and understanding of the phrase, "the customer is always right!" Restaurateurs understand that customer service is the key to a successful business. Todd left the hospitality industry as well as his Sommelier position in order to join corporate America as a Sales Director for an International Internet service provider based in Chicago. Todd achieved career goals in a corporate setting by applying award-winning customer service. Even with that success, the lack of connection with people ultimately left him unfulfilled. Reflecting on his career, Todd realized that many American families struggle in their quest for financial freedom. In 2018, he made the decision to join the Grady Group alongside his brother and cousins.
