Matt Wissman graduated Denbigh High School's Aviation Magnet Academy and went on to earn his Certificate in Aviation Maintenance from Liberty University, along with his FAA Airframe and Powerplant rating. After returning to the Aviation Academy to work as a lab assistant, he joined us here. He excels in avionics installation and troubleshooting and he is a technician on our repair station certificate performing 91.411 and 91.413 inspections.

Michael Edwards is our Manager and Resident Sage. Michael came aboard Audemus with a diverse background in aircraft operations and maintenance and he holds an FAA A&P license with Inspection Authorization. Having spent his career associated with FAA Repair stations, he has experience with all types of aircraft, whether it be piston or turbine powered, part 91, or part 135. He has been a Chief Inspector at two 145 repair stations and Director of Maintenance at part 135 operations operating under "10 or more" certification. His experience brings a level of safety we all can appreciate. We also enjoy listening to stories about "why" we should do certain things certain ways, because he has the stories.
Watson has a well-rounded business and aviation background. He is a US Navy veteran and holds an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic license with Inspection Authorization privileges, and is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), including single engine, multi-engine and instrument. His experience is widespread over the industry and ranges from flying and repairing small planes, both land and sea, to transport category aircraft of all types: small-piston, radial piston, turboprop, and jet-powered.
Outside of work he loves traveling with his family, exploring new places and learning new things with them.
