HDP

Housing Development Partners (HDP) is a nonprofit affiliate of the San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) created in 1990. HDP develops and preserves housing for low- and moderate-income San Diegans through the rehabilitation of existing properties and new construction... Since its inception, HDP has developed more than 1,700 apartments, townhomes and single-room occupancy units, including over 750 that are wholly owned by HDP and over 640 through partnerships.
