Background: Vickie has raised llamas for show, fiber production, performance disciplines and companion animals since 2008. Prior to that she was raising Connemara ponies since the 1980s. She teaches in business subjects for entrepreneurs and in the executive education classroom and is a certified trainer Everything DiSC®; and is an authorized partner, Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors® (Wiley brands)...
