Hotchkiss & Associates Landscape Contracting HALC is a family owned business started in 1975 by Fran Hotchkiss. Brothers Steve and Tony Hotchkiss have been involved in the landscape business since the early 1970's. They officially started working together in landscape contracting in 1987. What has and continues to drive HALC is the desire to work with homeowners and designers to create a unique landscape that reflect your lifestyle, compliment your architecture, and make the most of your property... As a family owned and operated business we understand the importance of client input and pay close attention to your tastes, your budget and your timeframes... We are a word of mouth company and pride ourselves on the care and effort we put into making sure that every client is well taken care of. Additionally we enjoy the fact that we have many clients who have chosen to have us install or maintain multiple landscapes for them over the past 25 years.
