It started a little slow but with friends, and catering, events we started something great with my bbq knowlege and cooking experince we've given great food out over and over from our po'boy subs to our mouthwatering Smoked pulled pork, to our ribs.We still do the same thing with good product, Thumann's brand meat's and cheeses, and the best french bread, rye, kiasers you can buy.
