Doug Kenyon is the newest addition to the firm. Doug graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law -Moscow, Idaho-in 2019. Doug has been with the firm as an intern since 2017 until he passed the bar exam in 2019 when he joined full-time. During Doug's time as an intern at the firm he gained experience in the construction law field. Doug also built experience while in law school during his time serving the University of Idaho Legal Aid Clinic taking on a multitude of cases including family law, estate planning, and ยง 1983 federal cases.

Jonathan D. Hally

Jonathan D. Hally has practiced law in state and federal courts in Idaho for 21 years. Jon quickly gained courtroom experience by successfully completing scores of jury trials as a deputy prosecutor before being lured into private practice. For the past 17 years Jon has continued litigating complex cases throughout Idaho and has become known as one of Idaho's select construction claims litigators. Jon emphasizes the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation and construction claims with marked success. His services and insight are sought-after by numerous industry professionals.

Ron T. Blewett

Attorney Ron T. Blewett, of counsel with the firm, has practiced law in Idaho and around the Pacific Northwest since 1982, and he has extensive experience in all aspects of construction claims. Frequently relied on to handle "high stakes" construction and commercial disputes, his record of success includes numerous million and multi-million dollar results, successfully defended on appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Blewett has been a Construction Industry panel member of the American Arbitration Association since 1987, serving frequently as an arbitrator of complex construction claims, including some of the most high profile arbitrations in Idaho. Trained at Pepperdine University in complex construction mediation, industry participants rely on him to mediate the most challenging construction disputes. In recognition of his abilities in the construction law and surety field, Mr. Blewett has received the AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5.0 rating from Martindale-Hubbell*.

Shane Leo Andrews

Shane Andrews has been practicing law in Idaho since 2015, gaining courtroom experience while practicing as a deputy prosecutor in Nez Perce County and Kootenai County. During his tenure as a prosecutor he successfully completed multiple jury and "judge alone" trials before entering the private sector, quickly gaining a reputation as a skilled litigator. Shane's family has been in the area of the Lewis-Clark Valley for nearly 100 years and he is passionate about carrying on his family's long tradition of assisting the members of the community.
