Experience: Gregory Batcheller has an extensive leadership background in life science companies mainly in Europe, USA and China. Gregory Batcheller holds a law degree from Lund University and the University of Toronto, as well as a degree in economics from the London School of Economics. Gregory has previously been Chairman of the Board of ImmuneBiotech AB, Monocl AB, Lundoch Diagnostics AB, AcuCort AB, and the listed companies Abliva AB and Guard Therapeutics AB, as well as a board member of SAGA Dx Inc, DuoCort AB and CanImGuide AB.
Experience: Jacob Laurin holds a degree in business administration with an international focus from Uppsala University. Jacob has 35 years of experience in international business. He has managed sales companies within the Electrolux/Lux Group in Southeast Asia. Jacob was subsequently the Sweden Country Manager for NRJ Radio and CEO of Prenax in France & Sweden. For 20 years, he worked with the air purification company QleanAir, listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. There, he has been responsible for large parts of the company's international expansion, including the launch of the Japanese subsidiary's operations, as well as the establishment of distributors in South Korea and the Middle East. He has also been responsible for the Benelux region and the French and German markets.

Experience: Johan Möllerström holds a degree in business administration with a specialization in financial strategy from Lund University. He has worked in the finance industry with extensive experience in business development and asset management. He also has significant experience in environmental technology from his time at Malmberg Water, where he grew the company organically from SEK 150 million to SEK 500 million over ten years. He was the CEO of the publicly listed OptiCept Technologies, a position he left in May 2022. Since then, he has worked as an investor and advisor to a selected number of companies.
Other ongoing assignments: Johan Möllerström is Chairman of the Board of DUG Foodtech AB (publ) and SensoDetect AB, both publicly listed companies, as well as several unlisted companies that may be listed in the future. In addition, Johan manages the family's Family Office together with his brother, focusing on early-stage investments.
