Jack brings over 30 years of business experience, project management, team facilitation, and data analysis, across a number of industries. He is practiced in all aspects of financial operations, including strategic planning, cash management, cost containment, and establishing internal controls and procedures to support optimal results. Jack has held senior leadership positions (as Chief Financial Officer of both public and private companies) as well as consulting positions in a variety of industries including home health care services and medical devices, high technology products, construction and financial services. In addition, Jack has held senior consulting positions with an employee benefits consulting firm and Ernst & Young (as a Partner in their Entrepreneurial Services Group). In addition, he has had considerable international experience, including a residency in Belgium. Jack wears two hats for IPA in that he serves as our Chief Financial Officer as well as serving clients directly as a Managing Consultant. Jack received his BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University having graduated as an Evan Pugh Scholar. Jack also serves as a Board Member for the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis and Majors Miracle Network (a non profit serving victims of sexual assault).

Mark is a senior human resources executive who specializes in leading organizations to innovative data-driven health care solutions. Mark manages our professional teams that are engaged to evaluate and provide transparent advisory services to all interested parties. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully advised Fortune 500 companies, large commercial employers, and labor organizations, as well as universities and public sector plan sponsors. Mark lead the analytical, actuarial, and implementation teams for the not for profit California Educators Coalition for Health Care Reform (CECHCR), whose mission was to improve outcomes and reduce the cost of health care for all of the more than 1,000 California public school districts and community colleges. He currently serves as the Health Care Advisor to the School Employer's Association of California (SEAC) a 501-C dedicated to facilitating all labor-management issues. Mark has co-authored the feasibility study sponsored by the Pacific Business Group on Health, (PBGH) which considers how creating a "waste free formulary," in combination with prescribing physician education, might improve outcomes and reduce cost. He has presented numerous case studies and facilitated educational sessions for the regional and national Labor and Employer Review Board (LERA), PBGH, CECHCR, and SEAC in addition to collaborating with Thomas Cordeiro and the Bloomberg School of Public Health's to co-author their upcoming publication focused on the case studies of three plan sponsors who have adopted IPAs purchasing and prescribing strategies. In addition to more traditional benefit administration and actuarial project management consulting responsibilities, Mark has served in on-site interim positions at the VP and human resources director levels for a variety of clients.

Michelle serves as an expert resource for clinical formulary and prior authorization management. She is personally and professionally dedicated to assisting clients to achieve optimal formulary management efficiencies without compromising health, safety, and quality of care. Michelle has served as the associate chief of clinical pharmacy programs at the VAMC and the clinical pharmacy coordinator at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has also served as the clinical pharmacy coordinator at Saints Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. During her tenure at these hospitals, she initiated clinical pharmacy services and training of staff pharmacists to improve a variety of patient safety issues, including: prospective and concurrent drug utilization evaluations, pharmacokinetic dosing, age-based hypnotic dosage adjustments, drug interaction monitoring alerts, intravenous-to-oral therapy transitions, optimizing anti-infective therapies, and patient interview programs. Michelle served as adjunct assistant professor of clinical pharmacy at Ohio Northern University and at the University of Cincinnati, and was also continuing education provider for the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. She has also served on several pharmacy and therapeutic committees and on the VAMC Formulary Council. She has worked in conjunction with large commercial and public sector employers, physicians, patients, hospitals, universities, and health plans.
