Palomar Health Medical Group ("PHMG") will be in custody of the medical records of all my former patients, and would be pleased to continue your medical treatment, if you choose. I am pleased that you will have PHMG and its physicians available to you to continue your care, including Dr. Pegah Mashayekhi, D.O. ("Dr. Mashay"), who has a passion for treating sleep disorders... Dr. Mashay and I share many qualities beyond our passion for sleep disorders. She is compassionate, inquisitive, and comprehensive, and she will continue to provide quality, personalized care. Dr. Mashay is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine, as well as Internal Medicine. She is additionally certified in Weight Management. Dr. Mashay completed a Sleep Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in 2016.
