We serve as a resource to help families through various transitions across the lifespan. We partner with community groups to address barriers to maternal and child health... We help eligible pregnant women, mothers, infants, and children up to age five learn about nutrition. WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that can help families buy foods that promote good health, growth, and development... We work collaboratively with families to offer education and services such as: immunizations, case management, prenatal and postpartum care, etc.
