Blake Barnett - CEO, Founder

Blake Barnett is the founder and CEO of INTREPID Robotics, Inc. following a thirty year career in investment banking . He advised on more than $4 billion of mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for E. F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch, where he was Director of energy futures hedging, and his own FINRA registered broker/dealer Barnett Investments. As an investment banker, Mr. Barnett held licenses for Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 65, and 66. Mr. Barnett also served as CFO of, and helped raise money for, an initial public offering for an oil and gas drilling and exploration company. Mr. Barnett received a BA and double major in History and Economics from Yale University in 1980.

David Schwartz - CMO

During his career, Mr. Schwartz has helped companies experience profitable growth by implementing market-driven strategies and business development tactics to dominate emerging and underserved markets. Mr. Schwartz has held executive marketing director positions with StratNEXT, S.A.I.C. Bellcore, and Peirce-Phelps. Mr. Schwartz earned a BA in Architecture and Administrative Science from Yale University in 1980 and a MBA in Marketing Management from Drexel University in 1984.

Joe Frankie, III

Colonel Joe Frankie, III, U. S. Army, retired, is founder and CEO of JFIII Associates, LLC, an executive search consultancy that supports the multifunctional requirements of potential clients and candidates. During his Army career, Col. Frankie served as Chief of Staff for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service--the "Wal-Mart" for the U.S. Military. Col. Frankie was also Division Director for Logistics Operations at Joint Force Command where he was responsible for operational readiness for supplies including petrochemicals tank storage and maintenance. Col. Frankie graduated from the USMA at West Point in 1974 with a BS in Engineering, from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville in 1984 with a MBA in Management and also in 1987 with a MA in Spanish, and the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy in 1996 with a MS in Natural Resource Strategy.

Kyle Simpson

Kyle Simpson is a Senior Advisor at the Washington, D. C. office of the law firm of Thompson Coburn, advising clients on energy, environment, and natural resources policy, and federal, state, local, and international government relations. Previously, Mr. Simpson was senior policy advisor to the law firms of Hogan Lovells and Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck in Washington, D.C. Earlier in his career, Mr. Simpson was President of Morgan Meguire, where he created and managed an energy, environment, and natural resources public policy and government relations firm. Mr. Simpson served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of Energy in the Clinton administration and also as Associate Deputy Secretary of Energy. Mr. Simpson graduated from Brown University in 1979 with a BA in Political Science and Government.

Suzanne Ronca

Suzanne Ronca has extensive experience and repetitive success in Sales and Business Development roles focused on a variety of technology portfolio solutions and services. Ms. Ronca also has International and domestic experience in Business Services Development, Program/Project Management, Process Management, Vendor Management, and Security Management. Ms. Ronca also has technical experience and skills with Network/Systems Architecture and Specifications, Testing Procedures, and Operations Planning. Ms. Ronca has held senior sales executive positions with AT&T, McAfee, and Infoblox. Ms. Ronca earned a BS in Computer Engineering at Lehigh University in 1982 and a MS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder in 1987.
