Sycamore softball can be heard live in Terre Haute and around the world on WISU-FM, the official radio station of ISU softball. Selected Sycamore games will be broadcast on the station and can also be accessed through the internet... The Indiana State Fastpitch program garnered national recognition for academic exellence in the classroom in 1999. According to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, the Sycamores ranked 19th in team GPA's among all Division I fastpitch programs. A national power in Academic Excellence, the Sycamores have been in the Top 10 three of last five years, including a second-place finish in 1995. The NFCA honors high school and collegiate fastpitch teams for academic success.
