Aisha Ayensu is the Founder & Creative Director of the internationally acclaimed luxury fashion label, Christie Brown. Named after another inspiring female, her grandmother. Christie Brown is a ready-to-wear brand designed for the woman to feel confident and be the truest version of herself and is proudly Made in Ghana. The journey to creating Christie Brown began in Aisha's final year at University of Ghana, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. To gain mastery of her craft, she attended top Ghanaian school JACCD Design Institute Africa. Aisha Ayensu reimagines traditional artisanal techniques and incorporates them into modern silhouettes, clothing some of the world's most influential women. Under her leadership, the brand has attained global relevance with coverage on the most prominent media and publications such as CNN, BBC, FRANCE 24; Vogue, Marie Claire; to name a few. With industry experience spanning over a decade, Aisha is an influential voice in the African fashion industry, and has received international recognition in several instances. Some include: Emerging Designer of the Year at the Arise Africa Fashion Week in South Africa (2009); Forbes' Most Promising Entrepreneurs in 2016; African Designer of the Year at the Glitz Style Awards 2018 and 2019. Aisha is an alumnus Global Shaper of The World Economic Forum under the Accra Hub; and is an International Visitors Leadership Program alumnus under the U.S. State Department. She is a member of the International Women's Forum (Ghana Chapter) and is committed to advancing the cause of women in leadership across the African continent.

Daniel joined Jacob West in 2012 at the early stages of structuring and implementing the vision, having progressed in his career from building and establishing KPS in 2001.

While working for grays inn estates-leasehold property management in Kentish town, London in 2002, he developed a passion for real estate. He bought, sold, and managed properties as a director of Kyei property services from 2003 until 2010, acquiring a reputation as an adept property adviser.
