JELLO ALLIANCE

The Jello Alliance was formed after the initial cowardly attacks by the Ottoman Empire on the south of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, at which time Germany and the Austrians formed an official Alliance, uniting the two Empires. The two empires retain their own separate leaders, who work in co-operation to form policies and procedures, and plan attacks and defences, and to generate propaganda, Oberstfuhrer Proctor of Austria and Grossefuhrer Burbidge of Germany.
