In Gaelic, Sionnach (Shawn Knock) is the word for fox. I saw Fox everywhere when I moved back to Fort Collins over sixteen years ago. I looked up the meaning of Fox in the Native American Medicine Cards. As Fox represents a protector of the family as well as a bridge between this world and the next; I found myself seeing a connection. Fox represents a bridge, so too does therapy. My view of therapy and the tools for transition also form a bridge; a bridge between where you are and where you want to be. My style of therapy involves creating and utilizing co-created tools in treatment. We work toward implementing and forming that bridge toward the life you want to live...
